If you do not have symbols in your Symbols folder then perhaps they did not install or they have been somehow deleted. All Symbols would be in the SoftPlanSymbols folder. This is where the 3D models that are associated with Symbols reside. The folder SoftPlan3D3D Symbols does not actually contain any symbols. When I exit SP and look in windows explorer at 2016, for example, under 3D Symbols there are many, many billboard trees. When I go to scroll down to trees I have one billboard tree symbol. I checked the symbols in System Options and they are at the default location (box checked). In System Options if you click on 'SoftPlan Symbol Location' are you using the default location or have you changed it to look someplace else?īill is the owner and maintainer of Is this a project that you started in an earlier version and then moved to 2016 or did you start it in 2016? Perhaps you are looking in your Drawing Library rather than the System Library? The Drawing Library only contains symbols that have actually been inserted into the drawing whereas the System Library contains all symbols. I tried loading SP again with identical results.
